Kalpataru Limited has signed agreements to redevelop Hari Niketan CHS in Goregaon, a historic housing cooperative in the established Bangur Nagar neighbourhood of Goregaon West. The agreement for Hari Niketan Society is worth over Rs 81 crore, for which a stamp duty of Rs 6.53 crore was paid. The project represents one of Kalpataru's two major redevelopment initiatives announced in early 2025.
