Kalpataru Announces Tower C Launch at Estella
Kalpataru launched Tower C of Estella at Kalpataru Parkcity in Thane during the first quarter of fiscal 2026–27, extending the developer's residential footprint within the sprawling township on Kolshet Road. The launch formed part of the company's Q1 FY27 operational update, announced alongside the expansion of its presence in key Mumbai corridors.
Context: Q1 FY27 Performance
Kalpataru reported a 6% year-on-year increase in pre-sales to ₹1,329 crore for Q1 FY 2026-27, while collections grew 17% to ₹1,365 crore. The company launched the luxury residential project Kalpataru Vian in Andheri West and Tower C of Estella in Thane, expanding its presence in key Mumbai corridors.
Estella Within the Broader Township
Kalpataru Estella is a new residential phase within its 100+ acre township Kalpataru Parkcity on Kolshet Road, Thane. The project sits at the centre of a larger master-plan driven by sustainability and mixed-income family living. Estella offers 2 and 3 BHK homes with Jodi-flat options, and future phases will include 4 BHK residences.
